CASE STUDY: Warner Bros. Licensed Advertising Platform

Redesigning and rebuilding a core business product.

 

BRIEF
Warner Bros. needed to rebuild a monolithic legacy system used to share assets of licensed materials with creative agencies, CPG manufacturers and other business who use WB characters and content. The system needed to make it easy for licensors to find the materials they need while reducing friction from the approval process. 

CHALLENGE
To reimagine and rebuild a platform for finding and licensing WB content that would be easy and intuitive for their customers.

Responsive web-based B2B application using Drupal 8, Acquia, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MarkLogic

SOLUTION
Re-designed and re-developed Warner Licensed Advertising public site on Drupal 8, integrated the site with Salesforce Market Cloud for communications and MARS, WB’s asset catalog built on top of MarkLogic. 

Migrated existing user DB to new site. 

Built and integrated an HTML5 video player.
