Spark Digital led a long-term, multi-phase effort to analyze and modernize Telemundo’s global digital supply chain to enable more efficient content monetization, streamline operations, library asset accessibility and to simplify data-flows and workflows. Areas of work included: Title Management, Rights Management, Media Asset Management, Order Management, and Distribution Workflows.
Massive amounts of content existed on disparate and aging media management solutions. Many of the workflows required manual data-entry and were duplicative across departments slowing time-to-market and limiting efficient content monetization. It was also critical to architect and build a system with the scalability and stability required of a global media company.
